Who this is for

  • Investor route: foreign investor intending to invest at least USD 200,000, with a certified foreign-investment certificate from CEI-RD or the CNZFE
  • Temporary residence (RT-9): residence visa, economic-solvency documents, police certificate, and medical exams as listed by the DGM
  • Passport valid at least six months, apostilled civil documents, and a DGM-authorised guarantee policy
  • Any nationality restriction is confirmed in consultation
