Who this is for
- Third-country national who invests at least EUR 300,000 in a published Regulation 6(2) category, with funds transferred to Cyprus from abroad
- Secure annual income of at least EUR 50,000 from abroad (plus EUR 15,000 for a spouse and EUR 10,000 for each dependent minor child on the residential-property route)
- Clean criminal record and health insurance covering inpatient and outpatient care
- Applicant and spouse confirm they do not intend to take employment in Cyprus, except as directors of a company in which they invest under this policy
