Residency
Why Bahamas
The Bahamas Department of Immigration issues a Permit to Reside, commonly known as an Annual Permit, to non-Bahamian nationals who wish to live in The Bahamas for any purpose other than working. The 4Corporate fee is USD 5,000 for each year of residency on the visa. Applicants submit a financial-institution reference stating a figure range, or a CPA statement; no minimum investment is published. Property ownership is optional. This route does not authorise gainful occupation. First-instance applicants should not be in The Bahamas while the application is processed. Economic Permanent Residence is a separate 4Corporate landing.
